An enchanting XVII century house at the end of a long private cinder track in the tranquil surroundings of its own land. Boonshill Farm overlooks Romney Marsh with its wild beauty and working farmland. We are situated off a quite country lane just outside the village of Iden, yet our local town Rye is only 5 minuets away, as is the 7 mile long sandy beach of Camber. The Cinque Port of historic Rye is picturesque, with it’s cobbled streets and ancient houses. Boonshill Farm has featured in Country Living magazine, Homes and Gardens magazine and the evening Standard Newspaper. It was chosen to appear in the T.V programme Britain’s Best Homes.

Your day starts with a real farmhouse breakfast with eggs collected daily from the hens in the garden, the sausages and bacon also come from our own free range pigs. Our land is organically managed creating a haven for wildlife.

Directions
From central Rye proceed north on the A268 and at Playden fork right onto the B2082, signposted to Tenterden and Iden. On entering the centre of Iden Village, with the Bell Public House on your left, turn right, signposted to Houghton Green, into Grove Lane. Continue along this road for about 0.9 of a mile and on your left is a track immediately before a large oast house. Turn left into this track. Boonshill Farm is at the very end of the track on your left hand side.
